Coriander and Chilli Yogurt Dip

Although I had been tempted to serve my Sweetcorn Fritters with a sweet chilli sauce, I had some yogurt left over from the Hot Punjabi King Prawn Curry that needed to be used up. I think this yogurt sauce suited this a bit better and brought the fritters and salad together as a dish.

It’s not much of a recipe though – chuck 250g reduced fat yogurt, 1 finely chopped red chilli, the juice of half a lime and a handful of chopped coriander into a dish and season with salt and pepper
