Bit of a cheat post here – for ease of transportation, I made Nigella’s Chocolate Guinness cake recipe
but split it out to make cupcakes instead of one cake.
You’ll need to adjust the cooking time, and leave the cupcakes alone to cool completely – if you start messing around with them too early like I did, you’ll worry about the texture and end up eating four in a row and feeling a bit sick!
